Payment

Payment is processed through Square invoices sent at the beginning of our lesson time.

Refunds

When you buy a lesson time with me, I commit to have time available to work with you. That affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

Cancellations & being late

If you’ve booked a lesson with me and need to cancel, there’s no fee as long as you do it at least 24 hours in advance. My time is valuable and so is yours. If a student is late for our appointment, they have lost that time. For any cancellations made within 24 hours of the original lesson time or any no-shows you will still be charged the full amount of the lesson. In turn, I promise to honor our appointments, and be on time as well.
